Veneziola is a delightful 'links style' 9 hole pitch and put course at the far end of La Manga Strip. It is located in a fantastic spot which provides some challenges as the wind plays a vital role in your game.

The La Manga Strip beckons with its many beaches, promenades and abundance of bars, cafes and restaurants.

From the Tomas Maestre Marina on the La Manga Strip you can take the B&F ferry across the Mar Menor to Santiago de la Ribera on the other side. Perhaps the golfers can meet you here on their way back at the end of the day.

Head down to Cabo de Palos at the start of the Mar Menor and have lunch in the picturesque marina with its many specialty fish restaurants.

Cabo de Palos Marina
N37°37.989 W0°42.100Parking: is on the street beside the marina, if you can’t find a space try any of the side streets.
From here: walk around to the restaurants which are found along the seafront at the mouth of the marina.
La Manga Strip Beaches
N37°39.318 W0°43.251Parking: is on the road and is free, it gets very busy during the high season, so take any space you can find!
From here: there are over 15 beaches along the length of the Strip, so stop anywhere you see a sign for ‘playa’.
Top tip: the sea is a lot warmer on the Mar Menor side than the Mediterranean side of the Strip.!
La Manga Strip Boat Trips

From here: at the roundabout just after the entrance arches turn right and park as close to the clubhouse at the end as you can, walk past the clubhouse and to the small jetty to catch the ferry.
Top tip: boat Trips to Santiago de la Ribera: the B&F Ferry departs from the little jetty. During the summer it runs seven days a week from morning until midnight, but has a restricted service out of season. There is normally a notice board with the current timetable beside the jetty. The trip will take about 40 minutes and costs 4€ each way, under 7 years are free, it is an extra 1€ for a bicycle.
