Ifach San Jamie Golf Course
The Ifach Golf Club, which is also known as the San Jamie is situated in the municipal of Benissa. The course is a par 60 and has 9 holes, which range in length from 70 to 288 metres. There are lots of bunkers around this very mature course and great views of the surrounding mountains which are dotted with top end villas. The club house has a fantastic terrace which offers some stunning views of the imposing Penon or Rock de Ifach.
Ideas for the Non Golfer
- Ifach Golf is great for the non golfer as it is very central to many lovely places. Take a wander around the charming inland town of Benissa, which is reputed to be the oldest and prettiest of all the inland villages of the Marina Alta.
- For the adventurous amongst you then a visit to the Natural Park of the Rock of Ifach is a must. There is a fantastic walking route which goes through a tunnel in the rock and takes you right to its very tip! Then nip down into Calpe for a well deserved menu del dia!
- Head to affluent Moraira, which has a very exclusive feel to it with its beaches, small marina, charming shopping district and beach front promenade with its distinctive, but tiny castle.

Benissa Car Park 1

From here: exit the car park and turn left, walk downhill and follow the road as it bends to the left past the town hall (ajuntament), enter the historic centre and explore.
Calpe Parque Natural del Penon de Ifach

From here: the entrance to the natural park is right beside the car park, enter and follow the marked walking trail around the park, through the tunnel in the rock and onto the seaward side of the Penon de Ifach for some amazing views!

Moraira Car Park
N38o41.344 E0o07.911Parking: is in the large car park and is free, there are other car parking spaces in the roads around here which are marked with blue lines and are pay and display spaces.
From here: walk towards the sea and turn left for the rebuilt castle, restaurants, marina and shopping streets, turn right for the sandy beach and shaded promenade with seating area.
Top tip: the car park is closed on Fridays as it is the site of the market.
