Dehesa de Campoamor Golf Course
Dehesa de Campoamor is a 18 hole course which is right in the heart of the Orihuela Costa in the South Costa Blanca. Situated in the middle of huge orange and lemon groves, the fairways meander up and down the rolling landscape and offer you a well mature and open course. The clubhouse is one of the finest in the area. The views are brilliant on a clear day as you look out down to the Mar Menor and Mediterranean.
Ideas for the Non Golfer
- Head down to any of the beaches of the Orihuela Costa, like Cabo Roig, although there is also Dehesa de Campoamor, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca or Punta Prima to choose from. At any of these you can enjoy great walks, great sandy blue flag beaches and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
- Spend the morning in the Town of Torrevieja and enjoy a walk along its 1.6 kilometre pier! A good bit of exercise with some stunning views over the sea as you walk out and a totally different view of the Torrevieja skyline as you walk back!
- Take a trip to the Mud Baths in Lo Pagan. Enjoy the therapeutic waters where the visitors rub the mud into them from the Mar Menor let it dry to enrich the skin before washing it all away.
