Lent Gastronomy Experiance in Crevillent

Crevillent is celebrating lent by organising its second edition of the popular Lent Gastronomy Experiance. Not quite in keeping with the spirt of Lent, but worth trying!! Every friday from the 24th February to the 30th March six restaurants will be offering a special menu for the price of just 15€ per person.

The 'pa torrat', broad beans and cod among other products, will be the basis of the menus that restaurants offer. Pa Torrat is a local speciality, it is bread which has been toasted in the oven and is served with oil and salt. The restaurants involved in the Lent Gastronomy are: La Botica, Estrella de África, Las Palmeras, Damajuana, Casa Ximo and El Rincón.
