Carnival Parade Santiago de la Ribera
The carnival in Santiago de la Ribera on the shores of the Mar Menor has been declared as being of Regional Tourist Interest. The villages, towns and cities of Murcia really enjoy celebrating the Carnival, there are so many fantastic ones to enjoy that you'll need several years to see them all!!
In order to allow participation from the surrounding areas and so that groups and individuals have as many opportunities as possible to show off their carnival costumes, Santiago de la Ribera have organised their parade for the following weekend. It doesn't coincide with the actual start of lent, but it does ensure that it will be one of the biggest and the best in the area.

Starting Time: 16:00
Route: departs from the Exp. Barnuevo to the roundabout on the Avenida de la Aviación Española
