About Us

Download My Travel Guide has been created by David and Jessica Hayes, with the help of website design company Mulbery Interactive Ltd.

Having worked together as a couple for over seven years within the tourism industry, we have first hand knowledge of what makes somebody’s travel experience extra special.

Our love for Spain started at a young age with many enjoyable family holidays to this fantastic country. Our desire to explore other countries came from our time working for Crystal Holidays in Austria, France and North America. We were employed within their Lakes and Mountains and Skiing programmes, starting as chalet reps and working our way up to resort reps and then managers. We enjoyed these roles within tourism immensely; getting a buzz when our guests told us that we had made their holiday just by providing them with suggestions of things to do and information about local tourist attractions.

After much searching, visiting France, Germany, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia, we finally settled in our perfect location with the sun, sea, lakes and mountains of the Costa Blanca South.
